Abuse by Corrections Officers

In the United States, there are times that correction officers abuse prisoners in municipal, state and federal penal institutions whether temporarily or permanently housed. The abuse can be similar to that unconstitutionally utilized by police officers. The abuse can be and often is, the failure to render adequate medical care by both corrections and medical staff. Many institutions are run by private entities not concerned with prisoner care, but only concerned with saving money in order to reap a larger profit. The lawyers at Malik Law stop such abuses in its tracks.
